It is located on 15th floor of Silom Complex Building. It's very easy to find. I strongly recommend that you need to make a appointment before going there. The madam who deal with the documents to me is very nice and kind. If you didn't bought travel insurance or photography of visa, you can get there. The waiting of number is a long way, haha.

Very poor management !!! It take almost 3 weeks for visa process. Once email come, it was mention that " please come to collect your visa as soon as possible" and when the next day I come, the staff there said that the embassy is closed and will open again next week !!!! Then you should mention the exact date when can I collect the visa NOT "as soon as possible". I suggest you to train your staff properly for better service not just only COPY & PASTE in the email . very unprofessional !

1. Staff has no service mind, a lady staff was so aggressive to a customer and lacking of professional. 2. Long Queue even resisted the queue in the website

The incident I encountered today will not be tolerated and I am looking through legal means to compensate for my losses. It is my third time applying for Singapore visa at this location. Usually the staff members are well trained and polite, as a professional required of visa center employees. However on November 9th 2017, between 2:50pm to 3:50pm, I was told by the lady working on counter 21 to make photo copy of my passport. My number at the time was SIP 6. However when I returned later, I was ordered, rudely, to "Wait!". Though taken aback by her tone, I complied with her orders and waited through SIP 7 and SIP 8. It was only after she completed the documents of SIP 8 did she tell me to "take another queue." Again, I did as I was told with a new queue, took my documents to her, and looking completely surprised, she told me she meant "the entire passport." This is the part where things got interesting. In my entire life I've traveled to Singapore in three separate times in a span of 4 years, I am also a holder of 2 different valid long term visas (U.S and Thailand) while a frequent traveler in North America and Asia (I've only returned from Japan and Hong Kong 2 weeks ago)... Never in my entire life was I told to copy my entire passport, alongside with my companions' a total of 52 pages, by any visa agencies. Especially when my nationality is categorized as part of "Assessment I" countries. Also, she took pages of my submitted documents out and destroyed without any notification. I felt her request completely unjustified and I am demanding an answer from VFS Global authorities first before taking a more drastic action.

The person who incharge of telephone answering for Austria visa is considered as rude and no service mind. I requested for tax invoice since Monday, 5 days had passed, I come to collect my passport, still have to wait for tax invoice for a long long longggg time, waste time and not professional at all. The counter staff is nice but the management system is poor, it totally reflects the executive team. Switzerland and France visa application is not poor like this. By the way, Austrain embassy is very professional and helpful unlike VFS. Sadly, they had poor windows service, we paid for service not beg them for free.

Very poor management. I applied for my visa 16 days ago and yesterday they sent me an email saying the application is processed already and you may collect it as soon as possible. So I took a leave from my office despite my busy work schedule and went there today afternoon. They said embassy is closed come 3 4 days later come on 3 4 days later. What does that mean?? Few things that you should consider: 1. You are holding a foreigner’s passport and work permit for almost 20 days. What if I run into some problem during this duration? 2. Ok may be the embassy is closed. But while you were sending me that email yesterday, couldn’t you have mentioned that you may collect it on after few days. That way I don’t need to waste my precious time for such useless trip. 3. You are charging 70 baht for SMS service. Use that service for customers benefit as well
