I love flying with Thai Airways anytime I'm going to Thailand or even a neighbouring country. Their staff is extremely well spoken, well trained, knowledgeable about safety, food, plane and most of the main cities in Thailand, it's always so much fun to converse with them. I've flown Thai Airways for both domestic travel within Thailand and for my Europe to Asia legs. Thai Airways takes a lot of pride in their service and it's shows. I love their lounges in Phuket and Bangkok, they really do set the standard for majority of the Asian airlines when it comes to safety, comfort, punctuality and luxury. In my experience their gate attendants have proven to be very helpful, and their flight attendants to be very understanding and willing to accommodate pretty much any reasonable request. I've always found their planes to be super clean, smelling fresh, it makes a huge difference when you're traveling, be it domestic or international.

Tried to change my flight they just said it wasn’t possible. With other airlines you just pay a fee and they will change the date. Then I asked If I could get my luggage in Bangkok , Because I had a 12 hour layover in Bangkok and I wanted to book another flight from Bangkok to Hanoi. They told me again that it wasn’t possible. After a few days I called Thai airways in Brussels and they were very helpful and they said it was not a problem to get my luggage in Bangkok. I’m very disappointed in the way they treated me. Very poor service.

Waiting from last 40 min. To change the date of my flight. They have 17 counters but only 4 are active. So many people are waiting from very long time.
