Was lucky to be able to visit during the period of Covid restrictions, meaning that there were very few visitors and those who were visiting were able to enjoy undisturbed views and photo opportunities. Probably the best rooftop viewpoint that I've visited in Bangkok, with stunning 360-degree views of the city. As you can see from my photos, sunset is a particularly beautiful time to go!

King Power Mahanakhon building is the tallest building in Bangkok. The building is conveniently located right next to Chong Nongsi BTS station. Considering traffic in the area, I recommend taking the sky train there. Visited on a week day and walked straight through, no queues and the viewing platform was almost empty. Beautiful 360 views of city!
So it's a bit hard to believe but due to COVID I got to experience skywalk all by myself. Everything is beautifully organised, staff is very friendly and the experience all together was amazing. The only thing that I found a little frustrating was the bit at the end where I got taken off the elevator in the shop area and had to awkwardly navigate my way down, felt like those annoying shopping tunnels at the airport.
