Close to central business district. Great place to train martial art after a stressful day of work straight from the office. I train BJJ with the black belt coaches. Very friendly people and great knowledge. Good atmosphere. Plenty of parking available. For people who want to buy gears (BJJ gi, TKD gi, Karate gi, rashguard, etc), it has a lot of variety with reasonable price.
