Big Shop... Careful Approach This shop is one of the big players for mobile phone repair, service and new phone purchases in Bang Niang. I always try and keep my reviews positive and I will do my best to continue that trend here... gulp! The shop is large and performs a broad range of repair and technical service however, I find the staff here poorly qualified... ( unless you need a phone top up) and my personal experience buying accessories was less than gratifying. All I will say is watch what you buy so you don’t get screwed like I did. For god sake don’t get the lady manager (unless she has been changed ) as I was never really sure if her attitude was some type of power sales move or just upset she had to come answer a question from a customer. When my Thai wife went back to complain they sorted things out quickly. Soooo, if you have a Thai with you chances are you will be treated like a customer.... as a foreigner going in this shop they may try and play you as a ATM machine with little regard for customer satisfaction. This was my personal experience and I live here so I truly hope they have sorted themselves out for foreigners visiting here. After giving you my experience I would also like to say that everything may just be circumstance or the result of a bad day for her... so if you need some mobile services or accessories give them a chance and I look forward to being corrected through your reviews.
