I was here for a small fine for using UTurn when it had a a very small not so easily visible sign. I went to The Pattaya Tourist Police Station and pay the fine and collect my license. I had explained the situation to the officer, he then very kindly waved a potion of my fine and I was a very happy tourist to pay the remaining amount of fine and collect my license. Love this city for its appreciation of its tourists.
