Check this place out cause i've read alot about it online. Was a pretty good gym, it's pretty run down and not really what i'm used to back home, but that's kind of a cool experience in itself. The trainers are all friendly and nice, most of the students there are also friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone stopping in bkk for a short while and needs to get some training in
