•very nice experience from here, huge collection of equipments and vey helping staffs around if u need any help. They are providing Zumba, boxing, Yoga etc in weekly on schedule basis if anyone interested. Have shower room, locker room for free. For one month for foreigners also they are charging only 1000THB for one month.

Very reasonably priced fitness center with many fitness equipments - much more than most competitors. There are also free yoga, bike and aerobic classes everyday. They have trainers and staff standby to help you out.

FBT gym is the definition of \you get what you pay for\. There are few gyms at around 1000 baht a month that have steamroom, sauna, classes and the size of facilities. That being said here are the downsides: 1. Air conditioning is barely alive. 2. The quantity and quality of classes is subpar. 3. Most of the equipment is from the 90s 4. Sauna/steam/hot water often break and take ages to repaired. 5. The entire venue is need of a serious face lift that won't be coming anytime soon.
