What can i say, my bike adventure didn't go without a hitch, however Frank and his team were offering support every step of the way. Took an ER6F from BK to Pai and back, on the way I had an exhaust failure, BKK rentals took care of everything free of charge. Before i took the bike i sat with Frank and his family and had dinner, while they explained what safety measures i would need to consider while driving on Thai roads. All i can say is i cant recommend Bangkok bike rentals more - they looked after me every step of the way. Thanks Frank and Team

Bangkok bikes rental: Great services and amazing bikes. Normally Franck would be around however he is out of the country for a while. I've also heard he was sick the last 2 weels. So Franck. If you read this. Get better soon mate. However his wife Oye arranged everything. And I couldn't be happier. I rented a 125cc PDX scooter for one week. Friendly and flexible services: Oye has been absolutely helpful during my week rental. Not only was she flexible with the price but also time, service and kilometers. I rented it for 7 days. But I needed to bring back the bike because of a appointment on the last day. Oye suggested that i could rent the bike later that week FREE OF CHARGE (ofcourse for a day) Definitely a 5 star service!! I could definitely recommend this service. They are open to feedback and their professional service has no boundries. The fact that you can leave deposit of money instead of passport made me feel comfortable as well. Its understandable that its not a small deposit since the bikes are quite expensive. When I'm back in bangkok I'll definitely come back. Thanks! Martijn van Tricht (Mai Tai)

I had a great experience with this business when I visited Bangkok in January. Franck provided exceptional customer service. He is the owner of this business and was very nice and friendly. I rented a scooted for one day and had a lot of fun riding it around Bangkok. I had absolute no problems with the scooter. The rental comes with a helmet and you can request a second helmet if you plan to have a passenger. The scooter was inspected before and after. The best thing about this place was, unlike other rental companies, Franck didn't ask to keep the passport. He is modern in the way he runs the business. I wish I had more days to ride the scooter I rented. Contrary to what people might think, scooter is safe and the best way to travel around Bangkok. And it will save you a LOT of money. I highly recommend Bangkok Bikes Rental! Definitely renting from this place again in my next visit.
Got the recommendation to rent scooter from fellow travelers, best.decision.ever!! One of the best ways to explore bangkok is by using motorbike especially when you only have short time in the city. The bike is in very good condition, run smoothly without any problem. The fare is cheap considering the service and bike you'll get. The staff are very very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend everyone to rent bikes here. Thank you for making my trip in Bangkok amazing!
Had a great experience renting from Franck/BBR. Not only was the whole process quick and smooth - it only took 10minutes to sort out everything and be ready to leave with the bike - but Franck and the team were so friendly and attentive to even the smallest detail; like offering us all cold bottles of water when we arrived and more importantly when we returned after the long ride. I'll definitely be renting again from you guys!! keep up the great work. **and the bike was amazing!! 2016 Honda CB650F. Everything in perfect condition, even down to the correct tire pressures for front/rear.

you cannot contact to the owner if your motorbike has problem or they won't reply your phone call anytime. I sent their motor to my friend's house and flight back home. It's 3 weeks already and They don't payback my 200 deposit.
