Large and always clean with very few vendors unlike most of the other airport rail links. However there is a small market just outside the station.

If you're going to buy a Thai condo as a foreigner, and generally I suggest that you don't and rent, this isn't bad because of proximity to the Airport Link. Otherwise, if you buy a condo this far away from downtown Bangkok, it is a non-liquid investment. There are always condos available and more going up, it would seem it would be a buyer's market, but that is thinking like a farang. Living this far out is great for a lot of reasons, but if you do, it'd better be damn close to the MRT or a new Sky train or in this case, the airport link. Lumpini Srinakarin is a few minutes walk to the Hua Mak station--about 15 minutes to Phaya Thai BTS in downtown Bangkok. Decent condos--not very different than other Thai mass production condos at middle income costs. But beware the inexpensive Thai condo. Yes, I understand the attraction of owning your own place, but when it comes time to sell, expect a year, year and a half to do so. This place might be different due to the location of the Airport Link. Very close to Ramkamhaeng, ABAC, and Stanford Universities.

AKA Lumpini Place. In front of Buiding A, there is a board listing rentals, they start at TB9,000 per month. Gym & spectacular pool on 8th Floor.
