Do not get your insurance here. Horrid claims and customer service. No follow up or looking after of customers. Their network of garages is even worse.

Do not use Asia Insurance, acts of fraud, unprofessional, rude, no one can speak a word of English or understand Thai because a foreigner is speaking it. Wow, so crazy that a company can behave like this.

พนักงานพูดจาแย่มาก ไม่มีการแนะนำอะไร ให้เขียนๆอย่างเดียว ไปเบิกค่าขาดประโยชน์ ทั้งๆที่รถของคู่กรณีที่ทำประกันกับ บ.เอเซียมาชนเรา ให้ค่าขาดประโยชน์ก็น้อยเกินไป พนักงานยังมาถามอีกว่าเราเอารถไปจอดทำอะไร เปลี่ยนไฟท้ายใช้เวลากี่วัน พูดแล้วขึ้น กูจะรู้ไหมละว่าใช่เวลากี่วัน กูไม่ได้เป็นช่าง รถใช้ไม่ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ชนก็มาเบิกตั้งแต่ชนจนซ่อมเสร็จ ผมโดนชนเป็นฝ่ายถูก ผมผิดตรงไหนหรอ

สินค้ายังไม่ตอบโจทย์ผู้เอาประกันมากนัก..แต่เป็นบริษัทที่พยายามใช้เทคโนโลยี่แต่อย่าลืมพัฒนาบุคคลให้ก้าวตามให้ทันด้วย..ดีกว่าบริษัทฯประกันใหญ่หลายบริษัท..ซึ่งตามไม่ทันเลย
