Pier to the islands, koh chang 200 longboat 8 am 1pm and 2pm and 350 on a speed boat, long boat takes 2 hours speedboat is 30 mins. We ended up on the speedboat as my transfer from surat Thani came in late, it was a comfortable ride and they make you wear life jackets too! Super safe. Koh Payam is also 200 on a long boat and350 on a speedboat.
