This was a really bad experience. First we have booked the bus for depature at 6 am to catch the flight in Bangkok and we were told to be there at 5.30 am. At around 5.45 at guy showed up and said that there is no bus going at 6 am despite I told him that we have the ticket for deputure at 6 am. Then the owner of T-Tours showed up and explained no bus at 6. He somehow explained (he couldn’t speak any word in English) that the bus is leaving at 7. In addition he was very unfriendly and shouted around some words we dindn’t understand. Long talk short meaning. We ended up getting up at 4.30 am to catch the bus and finally the flight in Don Muang Airport at 12.10 pm with a private taxi which dropped us off there at 10 am for 1200 baht and didn’t get back the money for the T-Tour bus ticket.
The worst possible way to go. Never go with this company.
แย่มากค่ะ เราไปรอขึ้นรถมินิบัสที่นี่ รอนานมาก เนื่องจากไม่ได้มีรถมินิบัสจอดประจำ ตอนไปถามคนขายตั๋วบอกรถออกทุกชม. เต็มออก แต่ในความจริงเรารอชม.ครึ่งแล้วรถมินิบัสก็ยังไม่มา จนสุดท้ายเราคืนตั๋วมาขึ้นที่อื่นแทน
