Bad customer service. My card was up for renewal, had it for 6 years (Amex Platinum Thai Airways), bit I didn't want to renew it. So account closes down, remaining balalnce settled, and then they won't transfer the accrued points to my ROP Thai Airways account. Can't ever recommend anyone to apply for a card at American Express Thailand. Also taken their fees and interest rate in mind if you do not settle the balance within shortly.
