Muay Thai training with a great trainer. Real pearl of the Patong Aek Muay Thai Gym. Found this Muay Thai Gym random. I Had two personal pieces of training with Aek it was great. If you want to feel the spirit of Thailand go to Aek Muay Thai Gym and have a few pieces of training of Muay Thai. Thanks to Aek for the training in Muay Thai. Authentic gym, trainers were experienced, very knowledgeable and they spoke English. The session focused on pad work, technique and involved fitness training for 90 mins. Small class sizes so more personalised. I had great sessions there, well worth visiting!!!
