Tell the customer “dont be late” but himself as business owner was late, did not provide receipt in the beginning and sent later after demanding. Store policy is that everything ends once you leave the store. So the owner never wants you to contact or go there again for any reason related to the purchase. This place is not friendly. Would recommend considering other alternatives.

There is a great selection of Gibson Les Paul‘s and Ibanez Jen’s. Also, the only Morley dealer in Bangkok. The owner (Ton) has a great knowledge of all the equipment in his stock. All the gear is really high end (no low quality items) and I got to try everything out before I made my purchase. The owner was very helpful and I appreciated his patience and assistance. Overall a really good shopping experience and I look forward to going back in the future.
