Staff were great and abundant. Store was poorly organized. I knew what I wanted but couldn't find anything in the disorder, so I left. T21 location is smaller, but much more user friendly.

Rude Asian manager with the American accent wearing glasses wouldn’t allow a size change when requested when he told me the day before they would accept a size change with 7 days
