We had a wonderful experience with their pick-up and drop-off service. The rooms looked very clean and filled with cat-friendly furniture and toys. They were fed well and we received many photos and videos. I only think the cats need more love. I never saw any direct contact with the cats, only play from behind the glass door. Cats were often asking for more love, and it made me very sad. I hope they will be happier next time.
