Long wait, not enough staff, limited parking. Family own & operated, NOT open 24 hours. Price is quite high compared to level of service provided & condition of facility. Vets & orderlies seemed overwhelmed, and rooms could use more cleaning & better space management. POS system could use an upgrade, paper work & receipts need to be clearer & more detailed, some itemized charges were vague & certainly raised eyebrows, this place is a long way from being called a hospital. It's more like a clinic, but with the price of a private hospital. There are many competitors in the area, such as RTB further on Ratchapreuk road. Would I return? Only in an emergency & my pet's life is on the line because this place is closet hospital to my home, other than that, it may be wise to just drive on & shop around first. UPDATE: Sadly my dog passed away 9 months after she was treated here for snake bite, I'm not sure if it's related to the heavy doses of life saving medicines she received while be treated or whether it's due to her old age because she was over 12 YO. THB 15,000 for 9 additional months of her life, but I often wondered whether she could have lived longer if she hadn't been bitten and hadn't undergone the life saving treatment and medicines. Veterinarians never give you an estimate so you never how it's going to cost before you walk in the hospital, but they know you're willing to pay any price just to keep you dog alive. Some will take advantage of you and some will not, you just have to find the right clinic and hospital to take your animals to.
