My phone cannot been switched on 1 year and 1 month after I purchased it . I went to Samsung CS to fix for 3 times, everytime they just told me the phone is fine, and I got a report written \Pass. No defect found\, I don't have any hope, just want it to last 2 days before I left Thailand. This is what the customer service hotline (english) said to me, his name is Tete - Do you have money? if you have money, they will check for you You didn't do anything..... You should go to another branch I didn't look at your phone，I don't know When you bought the phone 1 year ago, was it like that? Did you install any app? You are so impolite, I will not transfer you to manager，no have You didn't answer my question - the button is on top right，have you turn on the phone and reset the battery? If there's no problem, why it's not on? If you suspect there's problem? why don't you tell customer service center, you didn't do anything! by Mr.Tete Samsung call center (English)

Samsung TV quality is bad. The TV start having problems within the 2nd year of purchase (after the warranty expired). For long term the cost of repairs is high.

I have this wall oven for 5 years & it never reaches my desirable temperature, have to rely on an oven thermometer to check out the temperature while baking . Call for service and the reply is they don’t have any parts to change so there is no point having a technician to look at it . This is rediculous and my experience is to avoid Samsung products at all cost !
