Bought my Civic HB here in 2017 and was told to wait 3-6 months for the car. Had to call Honda Thailand.. after some calls they said can collect the car next week Always come back here to do most maintenance.. including simple changing engine oil. Always agree to change or check all parts and pay accordingly without question (only visit other Honda shops sometimes when I am not available and my friend bring the car to check for me) This month went to change engine oil. After that the engine shield/belly pan protecting the engine from below seems to scratch against everything. Checked and saw the plastic lip hanging very low, but everything still normal. So drive carefully for a few days (busy) had to go on the highway and it scratched very very badly. The metal part seems to have also dropped out (I guess due to high speed pressure) Immediately stop using car and went to the Ramintra-Laksi service center. They said the undercarriage was badly damaged and have to replace everything cost at least 2000 baht. I asked if it was possible if they forgot to put back some screws for the that cause the problem. They denied it and said it’s not possible Worst thing is that the technician asked if I came to the shop before. Said that the records shows I did not service at this Honda shop before. I asked him to check his computer again and he said he checked it already.. I showed him my receipts in my car and he finally changed his tone to say that I did do my last servicing here. That was when I realized they didn’t sign off on the servicing booklet for the car at 50000km. Which is also did it here Never will I visit this shop again
