I would like to give this place a better review as I've had "normal" experiences here twice before. However, this time, I went to order 4 boxes of barbed wire with 2 coils in each box. I paid the money only to find out from the store house at the back that there were only 2 boxes with no option of having my money refunded. I was then told that I could get coupons equivalent of the money differential but the coupons were only good for 30 days. There were no managers to talk to and lots of standing about doing nothing; listening to inane phone calls. I was then told I could come back in 15 days to collect the other 2 boxes - I live 25km out from Udon Thani - can't you guys deliver as you've caused me the problem without a mutually acceptable resolution? Apparently not. So now they will reorder and hold 2 extra boxes for me as and when I come back to collect. Thanks for the wasting my time and money, Watsadu!

It's alright, employees a bit unprofessional and demotivated. Not helpful. I think the management in this company is a terrible leader.

Lots of products, excellent service staff, But the freight system is terrible. Waiting for a very long time, not calling to notify

It would be great if the staff were taught about the items they are selling they stand around either on their phone's just window dressing you have lost my budget
