Don’t come here unless you really WANT something from here. The customer service is lacking at best. I went in, and prior to that I had sent them a message asking if they had the bike I’m looking for. They simply replied “yes” without telling me that the colour does not correspond to the link I had sent them. I walked inside the store and instead of being greeted, there was nothing! I walked up to the owner or an older gent and he says nothing so I proceed to tell him that I came here because of our prior messages and came to check the bike. He calls out his wife to tend to me but the experience was underwhelming. She just pointed to the bike and gives absolutely NO info about it. I asked to see road bikes as those were my first choice and told her my budget. She shows me one bike. So, I just browsed around by myself. I settled for a hybrid bike which I was NOT at all looking for but nonetheless got it anyways. When I brought it home, the cap to my tires weren’t even put on! I would not recommend this place as the owners did not put care into their customers at all. And get this! After I had bought the bike, the bike shop puts on a sale for a road bike in my price range but the owner did not mention a single thing about it when I was inside their store!! ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมร้านนี้ได้รีวิวดี เข้าไปก็ไม่มีการทักทาย ส่งไลน์ไปถามเกี่ยวกับจักรยานก็ตอบมาว่ามีแต่ไม่บอกเลยว่าสีที่ส่งไปไม่ใช่ที่ในร้านมี พอเข้าไปเพื่อที่จะไปดูก็ไม่ค่อยมีคนสนใจ ไม่รู้เจ้าของร้านเค้าทะเลาะกันรึเปล่า ไม่สนใจลูกค้า เข้าไปดูก็บอกว่าไม่มีสี พอถามเรื่องจักรยานอื่นที่แนะนำก็ไม่ค่อยตอบอะไร พอเราตัดสินใจซื้อไป (จักรยาน hybrid ที่ตอนแรกไม่คิดเลยว่าจะเอาแบบนี้) พอกลับบ้าน หัวจุกล้อยางก็ไม่มีมา. แถมกลับมาบ้านไม่กี่ชม. เห็นลงว่าลดราคาจักรยานแบบที่เราอยากได้ งงมากเลยว่าทำไมตอนอุดส่าไปร้านไม่ยอมบอก!! ไม่แนะนำให้เราดู!! ถ้าเป็นต่างประเทศจะเอาไปคืนแล้ว!! งง มากว่ามีรีวิวดีได้ไง ถ้ามีร้านอื่นก็ไปที่อื่นเหอะ คงดูแลดีกว่านี้ ให้ 2/5 ️ ไปเลย งงมาก
