Service 3/5 Parking 1/5 Went to get the Thai ID renewed and at first the lady said not possible with some excuses but we didn't give up and so she finally agreed to do so. I am surprised the room was empty and still they would not agree to do the work. At last all the work is done. Try being super humble and maybe they won't be able to deny. You cant right your demands when it comes to government things. Being humble and little stubborn with a smile is the only way. Parking is horrible, if you get a parking anywhere on the way to this place, i suggest you park there or park in any of the buildings and walk here.

Terrible! Most of staff was very friendly, but then when our number was called, we unluckily got the head of the office, a woman with long hair and dressed in a black jacket. Even though we had all the correct documents, she said she didn't want to register our marriage because she didnt have enough staff??? The office was almost empty (we only waited 2 minutes for our number to be called and nobody was waiting after us). She did not have manners and appeared to simply be lazy and told us to go to another office. Very bad service by this Thai goverment employee. It is sad because the security and ladies at the reception counter were so nice, but our visit was ruined by the laziness of one person.

Worse place. Went there on 26 Dec at 11.58. Staffs said that I have to come back 1 pm because they're going to have lunch break. They should service people and why don't they manage their lunch break. (Half can go during lunch and have can service ppl.) This is what people pay tax for !!!!! Worse worse service and so grotesque

Went here to renew my Thai ID card. The whole process took less than 30min. All personnel are polite and attentive. Glad to see the improvement in services and facilities over the years.

Good seeing a staff welcoming clients even before the open time at 8.00 am. However, she was not able to sort just a few awaiting clients in first come first serve order. It seemed she did not know what to do with the booking QR code some clients got in advance. Plus, the computer system has been not working well. After 30 minutes passed, no.4 was just called and no one was done. I do recommend to arrange poles for waiting line at the customer wervice counter.
