Best Bangkok Public Park! Hugh area on the eastern side of Bangkok Metropolis. Nice for walk or expertise. Hard to believe that there are wild birds that can re regularly seen (seasonal) in Bangkok Metro. These pics were taken on 16 Jan 2021 around 8 am near the Chinese Garden.

You need to take a taxi from BTS station, around 70-80 baht. The entrance fee is 10 baht per person. This park is huge and clean. Very well maintenance. I've been enjoying this park a lot. And my favorit is indoor plants section which is open until 4pm. Beautiful and very relaxing place.

It's one of the most quiet, instagrammable and photogenic park which I personally like a lot. Situated away from the busy and noisy downtown traffic in the eastern suburb of Bangkok adjacent to Bueng Nong Bon, it's large, natural and nicely landscaped, making it perfect for a picnic, a family outing, a work-out or a relaxed stroll. Once inside, you see mostly sky and tree tops here (and of course beautiful flowers and birds). There's high safety level in the park with security guards stationed at various points. 3 car parks on Chalermprakiat Rama IX road and the main one on Srinakarindra road behind Seacon are vast and easily accessible. The park has a huge lake, on which bank the park's Rajamongkol Hall sits, with pedal boats for hire as well. Different garden themes here like Chinese garden, English garden (a bit too small and could be better), desert plants zone, indoor plants zone, herbs zone, waterfall and creek zone, etc. are worth visiting. All trees and beautiful flowery plants of different types are well maintained. A playground and a tree \maze\ are also there for kids next to the carpark of Srinakarindra road entrance. For bikers, there is a dedicated bicycle track to bike along as well. Near it, tennis courts and swimming pool can be enjoyed on a membership basis. Back to the lake, S&P has been operating a restaurant there with an al fresco area with a nice view. I've been jogging here from time to time for over 20 years and the park is still going strong. Credits should be given to those who runs it. The park collects a small entrance fee for visitors and cars. But if you go before 9.00am. or after 17.00, it's free. Public restrooms here are pay ones with caretakers (3 baht fee/person). This is the place where you can recharge your batteries on weekends or anytime. It's spacious, well-kept, safe, clean, relaxing and away from the air pollution of the city.

Really awesome place. So many different things to do here. When you first walk in there is a hedge maze that is not as easy as we thought it would be, but be careful going in right after it rains! There is a bunch of different gardens, (including a catcus garden!), a beautiful lake with paddle boats, nice sculptures and a little waterfall. But best of all is the swamp- giant lizards, old turtles, beautiful birds and so many nice plants. Found this place by accident, I don't know why it's not better known but it's great and I completely recommend it. It's big and some of the gardens close at 16:00 so give yourself a decent amount of time to see everything
