Very long waits for simple check up due to 9 people on admin and 1 nurse. It took over an hour to check blood pressure. Bangkok Pattaya is far more efficient. I won't come to this sub standard 'hospital' again.

Our CT service was excellent. An appt was arranged for us in 3 hours for CT with contrast medium. Results were printed in English and in Thai. CD provided too. Total time 90 minutes. Excellent service. Cost 21,000 bht. Staff were friendly and attentive. Spoke English too. The hospital was clean in all areas I visited. 2 coffee shops... Helpful. I'm happy to use this hospital again..
If you want immediate care with very clean environment, this is the place to come. The staff here are very helpful and professional, I was seen to so quickly (within 2days) and the cost was so reasonable. Thank you Bangkok Hospital Rayong.
I went to the Dentist today because I lost a filling. No waiting time and got to see the Doctor right away. Very professional and efficient service. It's not the cheapest place in town, but I like to get things done the right way.
They have a very good service and attityd and goes quickly when You come to the hospital . They speak English and the Dr speak to the guest and also inform the family. I have come to the hospital two times and every time they quickly take care and have time.
They screwed up my family's blood test, and the head of the lab technician blamed my family for having defective blood, when in fact their centrifuge machine was faulty. The head of the lab technician refused to apologise to me and my family, but luckily the 3rd most powerful person in the hospital apologized for this unacceptable debacle and luckily they offered a service where they came to my family's place to withdraw the blood once again to be sent to for analysis. Despite this, I will still give this a low grade until they have revised their protocols and SOPs to make their services much safer for their patients and an apology from their head of lab technicians to be sent to my family and I. If, the staff at the hospital are reading this message, please reply this message, if you have guts and spine to do so.
Hi everyone My name Mr Lewis Keith and I'm a British citizen who has been living in Pattaya for nearly 8 years and married to a Thai lady for nearly 3 years. Recently I was admitted to the Bangkok Rayong Hospital by my surgeon to do "keyhole surgery" on my left knee.After my surgeon rang various hospitals in the Pattaya area and having vast difference in prices quoted ( I haven't got insurance due expensive at 67 yrs old ) The highest price was 140,000 Baht & the lowest was 80,000 Baht at the Bangkok Rayong Hospital. Having a few doubts with regards to the hospital due to the much lower cost, my surgeon recommended it saying it was a very good hospital,& how right he was. Irrespective of the price, I got 5 star treatment. ALL of the staff from the receptionist to the nurses and operating team were absolutely superb,and fantastic in carrying out their respective duties. I cannot praisethis hospital enough,I've told all of my friends here to go there if,& when requiring treatment. I've even told a neighbors wife whose husband is in a hospital right now in Pattaya, to get him discharged A.S.A.P. & to get him admitted to the Bangkok Rayong hospital.
