TOURIST SCAM - Run away now! Walk down the street for the floating market - don't do this boat tour which costs 4000 baht, yes the bus driver knew this when he dropped you off! Even better - go to coffee shop here and get a minivan to Amphawa Floating Market (50 baht), he will lie to you about the opening times. Told me they didn't start until 4pm. Amphawa is open from 8am to 9pm Fri/Sat/Sun - better in afternoon. A floating boat tour there only costs 50 baht. Oh, remember to buy the minivan ticket in Amphawa back to Bangkok when you arrive as they sell out a couple hours in advanced - signs in English.
