This gym have built many champions for decades, generations to generations that fights in the biggest stadiums in Bangkok. There are many that started here young that have became champions. They teach you patiently, cementing your basics, perfecting your timing, speed and power before getting more complex. They know the steps to build great fighters very well. The teachers (kru’s) there are very nice, and definitely got some jokes. It’s a lovely community. I went there as a fat kid, lost over 10 kg of fat and gain some muscles. Now I’m a semi ripped kid. If you can make it pass your first week, keep going, and not giving up, there will be results that you’ll thank yourself for. I recommend this place for people with ambitions, people who want to learn the art, or anyone who want to get healthy. Ps: Girls definitely see you more, after a few months of training. Can confirm this.

Highly recommending the Petchrungruang Gym. It's a family run gym with a lot of knowledge in the house. You can feel the real Thai vibe in it. Kru Nu is not only a great padman but also a fantastic coach with keen eye on details. Not to mention the help of Sylvie who is such a humble person and was very helpful to answer the questions in English. It's one of must to visit places if you're in Pattaya. Worth the time and money as you help to build the next generation of fighters while learning the art of Muay Thai

A beautiful family run, no frills gym focused on the raising of Thai boys to become champions. Pi Nu and his family create such an open feeling of generosity you can't help by fall in love with this little gym. Pi Nu is probably the best pad holder I've ever seen in Thailand, slowly and patiently sculpting the Muay Thai not only of boys, but also of westerners. There is no one style taught, but somehow he finds what is natural to you, and slowly develops it. A clinch heavy gym, because of the Thai boys it is perfect for western youth, and smaller bodied fighters fighters.

If you are serious about fighting and are visiting Pattaya this is by far the best gym around. I have went to multiple gyms in town, but nothing compares to the experience here. It is also home to some quality fighters!
