Bought a monitor from them, they say to have a 7 day return policy. Refused to take the product back even though order was made 1 day ago...

30 years in Bangkok and the worst manner & service I tried to return an untouched product for a higher designer monitor The staff first agreed, and took back the product But later returned saying that the package was opened We realized then that they had sent us a product that was once opened and repacked.. meaning.. it was SECONDHAND! They brought the product back and asked us to sign the papers But our staff wasn't allowed to sign so he tried to figure out the situation, they said it wasn't their problem and left After a few hours, we found out they just dumped it in front of our office, in the parking area and LEFT This is the worst AFTER SERVICE i have ever ever experienced your company hasn't heard of social media, have you?
