Dear Limobus service I want to show my gratitude to you for the very rewarding and kind experience. I am from India. I boarded the bus from DMK airport to Khao San road. Forgot my phone in bus. But could trace it in very short time by contacting the staff. They were very supportive and helpful. I got my phone back within an hour. Also they got us free dropping to the Khao San Road. Thanks again.

Reading the other reviews I guess I was lucky... My bus left 10 min after boarding and they made the effort to drop me close to my hotel. Fairly quick ride but the bus is old and cramped...not modern and no USB charging or wifi... Not bad but not great. For Khao San I did find it to be the best option....

Wow, I had such a terrible experience with Limobus, definitely the worst part of my 2 week trip in South East Asia! We were originally walking towards the Taxi stand but were greeted by a friendly, smiling face who promised that with only 150 baht a person, the Limobus would drop us off 3 minutes from our hotel in 40 minutes. We emphasized multiples times to her that we were on a time crunch and that we truly could not have a delay in our drop off. She promised us multiple times that the bus would get us to our destination in 40 min. We agreed and paid the 150 baht per person. Around 30 minutes into our ride, we looked at our GPS and it stated that we were only 5 minutes from our destination, so we were thinking--"nice, we will arrive 5 min earlier than expected!" This however, was not the case! The driver made a total detour and 40 minutes into our ride, we made a stop (that was not our stop). Some passengers got off and some others got on. By now, the traffic was starting to pick up. Around 1 hour into our ride, the driver made another stop and dropped off and picked up passengers. Finally 1 hour a 20 minutes into our ride, we were told by the driver that this was our stop. So we get off, the bus leaves. We look at our GPS to only realize that we got dropped off 25 minutes away from our hotel! We had to take Bangkok's public transportation system (which we were very unfamiliar with) and pay an additional 40 bahts pp to finally get to our hotel. After 2 hours of frustration, sweat, and some tears (yes, I was so frustrated) we made it to our hotel when we were promised 40 minutes! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Don’t trust them. On their page they say they operated till midnight. When I arrived at 11:00pm they said they last bus was already gone and they are closing. Saying this laughing congratulations for your customer service. Fortunately there is a public bus at gate 12 (that officially operates until 11pm. However I was lucky enough to catch one at 11:15pm ;) and costs only 50B. A4 if you go to Khao San Road)

Avoid them at all cost! Terrible service. I'm going to Phaya Thai BTS and was told there was only one stop Khao San Road on the way. But actually they went around the whole Bangkok and delivered other guests in Silom, Sathorn and many other area. I have spent 30mins waiting and 2 hours travelling but it still didn't arrive Phaya Thai! The driver denied to explain and the customer service just asked me to wait. Old bus terrible smell and dirty environment. Nothing good at all!!!

For the money you pay (150 baht) , it is a good service. The bus ride into the city was quick and we got dropped off right infront of our hotel. Yes the bus didn't leave right away, we had to wait a little longer but who cares. I don't see why everyone thinks their time is so important. If you are in a rush and want to leave the airport right away then pay the extra money and get a taxi. This limo bus service is here to accommodate EVERYONE leaving the airport just not yourself. They are not gonna leave with a half full bus dummies. And people are saying that the communication isn't great and English speaking needs to better? You are traveling to a foreign country of course there is going to be a language barrier. Do you live under a rock? All the other reviews on here are from pretentious dummies who think the world revolves around them and expect to be catered to for very little money. Use this limo, it's great for the money.

Pathetic service, booked from airport till pha thaya station. Lady at airport counter said it will only take 30 mins, but it has been 1hr already and I haven’t yet reached the destination.

Shameful service. The lady at the counter told me I had to wait 30 minutes for the bus to leave. It ended up being almost two hours after many lies and confrontation evasions. If I had known that the service was that awful I would have never purchased it. Honestly, as a resident in Thailand this is the worst company I have ever seen in the Kingdom. Better go on foot since it will probably take you less time.
