I went along with a friend who went here to do their Cars drivers license as I wanted to do my Motorbike License. The quality of the cars are decent and the drivers teachers are quite professional, HOWEVER, im giving onr star due to the horrible front counter service! I was sitting waiting for my friend to finish his lesson and the employees were so so noisy! They were chasing each other around tge office, talking about Lazada and shopping (LOUDLY) and screaming across the room (Like what do you want to eat? Omg dont tease me where do you want to eat!) My friend even said during his exam that they were so nosiy he couldnt even focus, they're not at ALL professional (Besides when teaching how to drive) they dont have the LEAST bit of respect for those who are sitting waiting and for those who are taking the exam! I can understand Thai fairly well and I was going to come here to get my Motorbike License. But what swayed me was right from the start to the response time, the information and miscommunication was not at all professional to ANY extent. I would text them at 8am12pm inquiring information and wouldnt even response let alone read it until 6pm or 9pm! They had told me through Facebook that they had a english teacher, after calling the place to confirm my queue they then proceeded to tell me that EVERYTHING was in thai besides the final exam! That i wont be able to briefly read over the final test or get ANY SORT of explanation in english! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE! You're just going to waste your time and money. It's a shame; the area, the cars/motorbikes and the training course area is terrific, the horrible customer service just ruins it all.

ไม่แจ้งรายละเอียดการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก่ลูกค้า เพราะถือว่าลูกค้าสมัครนานแล้ว ทำให้ลูกค้าเสียเงินและเวลาซ้ำซ้อน อย่าจองทางออนไลน์ ห่วยมาก จองทางออนไลน์กับหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ได้รับการแนะนำต่างกัน อย่ามีเลยเถอะช่องทางออนไลน์ ถ้าคุณภาพแค่นี้ พนักานพูดไม่ดี ปัดความรับผิดชอบทุกอย่าง ลูกค้าผิดเองที่สมัครและรอคิวนาน เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจึงไม่รู้ข้อมูล เพราะลูกค้าเยอะมาก แจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงทุกคนไม่ได้ค่ะ คำตอบคือลูกค้าผิดที่มาสมัครที่นี่เร็วไป เป็นลูกค้าที่ตั้งใจมาสมัครและต้องเสียเงินค่าบริการ แต่นี่คือการบริการที่ได้ คงมาแค่ครั้งเดียว และจะไม่แนะนำให้ใครมาใช้บริการค่ะ
สถานที่กว้างขวางสะอาด แต่ครูบางคนจ้องแต่จะจีบนักเรียน
ถ้าจะเรียนที่นี่เเนะนำให้มีพื้นฐานก่อนมาเรียน เพราะครูเหมือนไม่พร้อมจะสอนคนที่เป็น0เลย (ถึงแม้จะเเจ้งชัดเจนเเล้ว) สอนกันหลายคน แต่ละคนไม่คุยกันว่าใครสอนอะไรไปบ้าง นี่ไม่เคยจับรถมาก่อนเลยสักครั้ง หวังว่ามาเรียนกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญน่าจะเป็นการเริ่มต้นที่เคลียร์เเละได้อะไรมากกว่าเรียนเอง ผิดหวังมากค่ะ จ่ายเงินเเล้วต้องมาเกรงใจผู้สอนอีก ถามอะไรหงุดหงิดใส่ ถ้าขับได้เเล้วจะมาเรียนทำไมหลายท่านอาจจะมาเรียนเพื่อให้สอบใบขับขี่ได้ แต่ถ้าขับไม่เป็น ใบขับขี่ก็ไม่มีค่า
พาลูกชายไปสมัครเรียนขับรถ จ่ายเงินไปเรียนนะคะ ไม่ใช่ไปขอเรียนฟรี พนักงานแต่ละคน พูดจาเหมือนไปขอร้องให้มาสอน ไม่ควรเปิดรับงานบริการแบบนี้คะ ควรอบรมคนสอนที่จะมาสอนขับรถให้มากๆด้วย
พนักงานโทรมานัด 10 โมง พอถึงวันนัดพนักงานโทรบอกว่านัด 7 โมง บอกไปว่าถ้างั้นคงไปไม่ทันแล้ว แต่ยังคะยั้นคะยอให้ไป พอไปถึง ให้มาใหม่เดือนหน้า ขอให้ทำแบบนี้กับฉันเป็นคนสุดท้ายนะคะ
