Jumping Hour is more than a standard watch repair service; Operated by Khun Kanisorn, a dedicated horologist, his passion for fine wristwatches is very evident in the level of service & care they offer to customers. Jumping Hour provides basic wristwatch services such as strap replacements & repairs, to total movement restorations. They also focus on customized straps which are completely tailor made to customer tastes - for example, they are able to design a custom leather strap to attach on to a proprietary IWC Aquatimer rubber strap ;-) The focus is on premium watches such as Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Panerai, Jaeger Lecoultre, Rolex, and IWC, but they also service mid range watches such as Seiko and Oris. They offer quotations within 1-2days, and the time frame for completing the work is very quick when compared to the larger commercial service centers which have a waiting period of 3-6 months. They offer service guarantees for their worksmanship and for leather straps, they are willing to replace the mini leather loop belts as part of the original strap price.
