I brought my second hand Ford Fiesta to check the problem with the engine. They charged me for parts irrelevant to the real damage of the engine and they lied to me that the car \is ok to drive\. I realize that the engine was still working wrong and when they actually checked the problem they didn't have the decency to remove the all those expensive parts and say a simple \we are sorry it was our mistake\. I am really disappointed and I will definitely report them to the Office of the Consumer Protection Board. They make a bad reputation for the brand Ford.

*แก้ไขได้คืนแล้วค่ะวันที่ 21/2/2564* คนที่บอกจะรับผิดชอบติดต่อมาหน่อยค่ะ เงินมัดจำรถ5,000ยังไม่ได้คืนนะคะ ผลัดมาหลายรอบ ทำเรื่องตั้งแต่ 27 พ.ย.2563ละค่ะ เซลกับบัญชีโยนกันไปโยนกันมา ไม่ง้อลูกค้าเลยค่ะที่นี่ ได้เงินเมื่อไหร่จะมาลบให้ค่ะ ไม่ต้องโทรมาบอกจะโอนให้วันนั้นวันนี้แล้วขอให้ลบความคิดเห็นให้นะคะ #จองรถแล้วรถหมด อิหยังวะ? แถมเงินก็ไม่ได้คืน ต้องถึงขั้นไปร้องเรียนสื่อใหมนะ? วันจันทร์จะโทรไป สคบ.นะคะ
