Super Rich Thailand has one of the better exchange rates compared to most of the other banks, but it will be at least an hour or more of a wait time here at the Mega Bang Na branch. If it's possible, it will probably be better for you to try one of the other branches and avoid standing in the long line.

Reserved for exchanging JPY, the call center tokd me there is a reserved channel which can access directly no need to wait for the queue: however, when I was there the reserved lane is closed and staff asked me to wait on the queue with the walk inns I am quite not satisfied with this.

The place is a joke...... they only ever have 2 people working. If you are in a hurry don't bother. Wait time is at least an hour if you are lucky..
