Great liveaboard to the Similans. Unfortunately due to bad weather, we got quite sea sick on the way. Dive sites were top notch, but some dive sites like Koh Tachai pinnacle and Richelieu rock were complicated by strong currents and poor visibility. I recommend this liveaboard, but perhaps go in January or February when weather is usually better and mantas are more frequently seen. Big thanks to our dive guides, Silvia and Fernando for making the experience amazing.

Great trip, very comfortable boat, staff were amazing - couldn't do more to help you. The food was delicious (too good really, I put on a few pounds). If you want to dive the Similans, then these are the guys to go with!
My wife and I did our first live aboard dive trip on the MV Hallelujah which is run by Big Blue Diving. We booked through PADI Travel, but you can get a better deal if you book direct. Every aspect of the trip was incredible and I cannot be more happy with our choice. Our guide was Ric, and he was especially thorough and really made my wife feel very comfortable diving even though we had only completed our Open Water course. We decided to get the SSI Advanced Adventure certification on this trip and we were able to learn about deep dives, currents, a night dive, a couple wrecks, and very valuable photography advice. Ric really is a great instructor and the boat crew makes getting to and from the dive sites fast and easy. It was evident watching the other boats that we had the superior guides, captain, and Thai boat staff. We saw other groups waste entire dives because the boats they were on couldn't get them down to the dive site properly. Ric and the other staff are happy and the lack of turnover on this boat means the guests get the best, most experienced guides who really know the area. This boat actually provides staff with beds and they eat the same amazing food as the guests. You don't want your guide tired, hungry, or otherwise disgruntled! Book on a boat that takes care of their people. Allow me to digress about the food: it is epic. Each meal there are a ton of Thai and western dishes, including for the vegetarian and vegans who were on our boat. I love to eat and I was never disappointed. If you count the substantial snack you get four meals of great food, plus all the coffee, snacks, tea, juice, and soft drinks you can handle. Beers were 70 Thai baht. The dives themselves are spectacular. Visibility was around 30 meters and I lost track of all the different plants and animals we saw. I highly recommend this boat and this crew. You will not be disappointed.
Great liveAboard, it was our first liveAboard experience and it was exactly what we hoped for and more. Thank we were looked after by the dive staff and crew extremely well. The diving was fantastic, with loads of life. Everyone was super friendly. We totally recommend this company.
