One of the most beautiful buildings in Chiang Mai. Over 100 years old and restored quite recently to its full splendor. I took friends there for afternoon tea and lunch. We had three delicious Thai meals, green tea and iced coffees. We were more than happy with the quality. It's pricier here than many places but the ambience makes up for that, I feel. Staff are OK, but not particularly attentive. Seating inside or in the garden is comfortable. The garden is quite large and has a number of interesting nooks and crannies. There is an upper floor to the Raming Tea House that contains some interesting concessions with articles for sale. A really nice, quaint place for afternoon meals and to relax. Recommended

A relaxing back garden with little tables and lots of plants. We had a delicious chicken satay and mango smoothies. Pro tip: ask for a smoothy without sugar!

A beautiful colonial style house with a nice garden setting in the back. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere in the bustling often crowded city center. The food is very well presented and absolutely delicious.
