I do not know where to start, I brought bikes for service that was meant to be 1500 THB for full service, ended up paying 20.000 THB on stuff that I really did not needed. According to them everything was old and rusty and it sort of made sense at that time but paying 2000 for cabling and wiring and lots of other things that were not required (apart from pedals). I cannot say they did a good job, but they had my number and they could have called me and said that this needs to be fixed and since it was quite a large amount It would make sense to call and double check. I sort of felt bad because I had no idea what to do when presented with the bill and pressured to pay.

Not sure what I did, but really did not feel welcome here today. Maybe it's a fear of foreigners in tges strange covid times. I was wearing a mask. Anyway, trying to find a bike for my rather tall daughter for her birthday. Emailed in advance to see if they had a Medium women's. They didn't, but there was a mens. Thought I would go and have a look to see if it would be suitable with a change of saddle. When I got there I was told there were no Mediums in any model. Apparently \Thai\ people love to buy mediums and there will be no more mediums this year. When I pointed out the 2 medium size bikes right next to us I was told they were the only ones, he then disappeared back to the counter. Didn't know what to ask next do I left. Somewhat surprised as service has always been great here before. In fact this would have been my 4th bike purchase from Probike. Especially disappointing after the long drive in from Samut Prakan. Guess I will have to form a new relationship with one of my local bike stores like Play Bike or even Saengthon way out in MTT..they have also been good to me in the past. Hope your experience is better. The store at Lumpini Park might be better if you are a foreigner.
