Service 4/5 This is where i bought bike from and their service has been a change of graph. They take good care of everything and notify you about defaults, if there is any. What i really liked was them telling me about the oil leakage and a part needed to be replaced. Everytime i give the bike for service, it comes just as brand new. You feel the throttle, clutch, and the gear very crisp (sorry m out of words). The only nitpick is that, there response is a bit slow. There is no follow up whether the part has arrived or being replaced. My request to every showroom is that please clean the seat and the leg space (plastic) so the oil & grease don't get on to your pants. There is one lady who takes care of the coffee section. She is very loveable. Love chatting with her and wait for the thai sugar drink she gets. Cheers

Great service, I bought my F800GS with them and I always had a good experience. Friendly staff and always willing to support you with any doubt or paper you might need to travel abroad or shops to get good gear. Specially useful for foreigners like me that are not familiar with the Thai regulations and cannot speak Thai language. The only point to improve, not many accessories or gear to look at, most of the stuff is order to Germany and takes 1 month to arrive.
