Wongamat Residence is absolutely first rate. The smallest unit is 100 square meters. Its very clean and it has excellent security. Although the swimming pool is small it uses a state of the art salt water system. I dont even need swimming goggles__on top or under the water. It's well managed and to top all this off it's just 200 meters from Wongamat Beach

Good and quite condo with green territory and large swimming pool. We rented 2bedroom about 90sq.m from 35000 baht. Its was very good price for family

Paise wasool spacious rooms and huge swimming pool they serve continental breakfast with live stations although location is slight away from city but services and amenities are too good over all 4 star hotel at 3 star rates.

There is a great amount of apartments available for rent here . The place itself isn't new it's on the older side and it's usually packed with tourists. The pool is always full and there is kids running around everywhere. The location although is good it's located at soi 16/2 Naklua which isn't far from the beach. Being close to Naklua there is also a lot of choices when it comes to food. The area is very tourist oriented but if that doesn't bother you go ahead and rent one of the apartments here.

Very spacious rooms.. Only problem is pool is not heated and the shower in our rooms were cold
