Super noise from BTS.

Nice point is close to BTS and easy to transfer but bad point is that they has noise issue from Sukhumvit road and around building 24 hours. Sensitive person may cannnot sleep well. And inside condominium also can hear next room sounds too. The next to condo has Avani hotel and they have pool party sometimes. If you living 12-14 will be suffer from the music and MC from that party is loud even close all windows.

Very kind service from the owner, very nice place, very near from BTS (On Nut train station), strategic place to reach many tourist destination. Last, the owner also provide car service to go to many places inside & outside Bangkok.
