No Security. Whcih apartment in Bangkok dont got a secuirty guard ? The garden looks like nobody take care. The fitness room dont exist, its now a room to save boxes for the coffee shop.

Big room with good furniture, AC, fridge, clean toilet TV, microwave and water boiler. Bed is very big and comfy. Reasonable price at 500 baht a day ( electricity payment). Staff is friendly and can speak small English (very small). 15 minutes walk to BTS Phra Khanong, motorcycle taxi available at price 20 baht. 5 minutes walk to big Max Valu supermarket. 1 minute walk to Seven Eleven and to street food.

I stayed here for more than 60 days, so this is the impression that I got. The Contemp stands exactly for its name--contempt: the state of being despised. By price, the area actually over a lot cheaper place for the similar amenities. The Contempt might claim that it has swimming pool and a gym to defend itself. But, can you brag about a 4x2 m pool or mini gym with three rotten and corrosive equipment? In the final three weeks of my rent, the internet (wifi) went down and the manager did not show any good intention whatsoever to fix the problem. She claimed that the service operator's office has been closed. But are they close for three weeks? Cant' they find another alternative to fix the connection problem? To do the owner justice, I decided to rent this place under such time pressure that I really did not know about other options. Now, since you do, spend your money on a lot more worth place if you want to stay in Bangkok, especially for quite a period of time. One last thing, it should renounce the "service" from its category as a service apartment for it neither an apartment nor it provides the service.
Nice place close to bts phra kanong. Not to expensive and quiet at night. Nice coffeeshop at ground floor.
For this price, this is place is very good. It is very centrally located, only 1.3km to BTS station. In the room there is HD TV, fridge, microwave, water heater etc. There is also a small fitness room and a swimming pool. Although the pool is a bit small for swimming, it is nice to have a dip when it is very hot outside. There is free internet, but it's very bad though. Connection is always problematic.
