Very quiet at a moment I walked in. But the food are good. I ordered Spicy Garlic Stir-fried Shrimp , Fried Kapong with Fish Sauce and Fried Scallop Omelet.

Lime steamed Squid with Roe intact was spicy. The roe (eggs) were... an odd texture. Not quite slimy, more squishy. I liked it but if you’re sensitive to the texture of your food you might want to avoid this. Steamed Crab Scabbards were fresh and served with a chili lime sauce. Grilled Freshwater Shrimp. Also fresh and a good size. They charge per 100 grams and these two shrimp alone cost 1,680 baht. They gave me a free Steamed Mackerel Curry ball. It was mostly curry with a little bit of fish in it. I didn’t like it but it was free so I can’t complain. This meal with water and rice cost 3,243 baht.
Always the right choice when it comes to seafood. You can't go wrong with Laem Charoen.
Laem Charoen Seafood is an excellent seafood restaurant in Emquartier. It has a variety of different types of meals and drinks, with an emphasis on seafood. I thought the service was really good, with staff on hand to handle requests and top up drinks and dishes as required. The bill can add up, but I think it is worth it for the really tasty food and great service.
This restaurant serves the best seafood in town. The signature dish, deep fried siakap is very fresh, must order. Besides, tom yam kong and prawns/crabs are appealing and appetizing. Service is commendable as well. Highly recommended.
