The available space has been set up for the year-ended festival from 10.11.17 till the beginning of Dec'17 called FreeFormFestival. It's all about fun art for everyone in a family ex. Love this place, best spicy crab fix I has so far in Bangkok. Must try it, the seafood is so fresh..
When I went there, it had a freeform festival. It liked art exhibition that anyone can show their worked. In the evening, there was some swing dance. They taught the basic to amateur and everyone can join.
Nice variety of bars and restaurants in this complex.
