I admire that chef take care of the whole process from food preparation, cook and deliver in front of us. Beef quality is just ok. Wagyu but not expect sth above a5. Food is well cooked. Price is slightly on upside but I'm happy to pay the price.

Was here on Nov. 21, 2019. I went with my family. We order 2 type of Wagyu beef at 300 grams each. Before cooking, I did not see much marbling on each type of beef, not like other Wagyu I tried. The grill process is grill-wait few minutes-then grill more before serving, this is the first time I see Wagyu Teppanyaki process like this. The beef turnout to be quite tough, not melt in the mouth as Wagyu beef usually do. My wife complaint that it is hard to chew, she suspected the long grill time with less marbling beef made it tough. In summary, with 6,000 price tag, I do not feel the beef quality is worth its price.
