Very shady unprofessional scam company Very quick providing an invoice for their services and pushing for down payment Seemingly frustrated when asking them question of clarifications But most of all and biggest red flag is that when asked to produce a corresponding contract to the invoice detailing services provided for the services/items invoiced they tell you is too long (less then two pages) and go quiet Clearly they are out fishing for desperate people who scam them out of their money Every legit co pant would without enquiry produce a contract detailing the purchase and transfer of a company The final addition of unspecified additional charges and day charges (even so you have been invoices for the service and paid the service already) just shows the game plan After luring with initial good offer and having you committed by having collected a non refundable down payment they will create additional fantasy charges and keep pressing you for your baht and you have nothing in hand detailing what you already paid except an invoicing showing that you maybe charged additionally How pathetic the scam attempt of this company is just so easily be seen by the comment free local start five star review they gave themself (why would a local Thai person need a shelf company in Thailand?!? And even to lazy to fake some comments, seems they know that they are a very shady bunch and could not even think of a good thing to lie about themself! Don’t waste your time with this shady company and don’t bother giving them your personal info
