10 Day Vipassana course was a great experience. environment is very quiet throughout the period. Center has single accomodation residential quarters with bathroom. Vegetarian food with great variety. Rigorous course schedule beginning early morning. Evening discourses were very helpful to understand theoretical aspect of Dhamma and also gives clarity to the technique. Cheers & Metta

The place was very comfortable, the stuff very helpful. The teacher is experienced. The group was strong many of them did the course a few times. I'm glad I had my first vilassana meditation in this center.
