Peter Bainbridge

Their after sales service has gone from very good to downright hostile and almost non existent. They have the habit of blaming the customer every time a box has a fault. They should adhere to the motto “The customer is always right”, provide a good service and forget their hostility to shrug off customer complaints. When a business starts ignoring customer messages/complaints, as it does with me, it's time to buck up before the business fails.
