For the price, it's perfect. It's a quiet place to stay and the people there are very nice. There's a small area to hang out downstairs (really just a couch) and a little garden out back. There's Wi-Fi!! And clean showers, but only one with hot water. Granted, there's not a lot of people so it was never an issue. The beds have a mosquito being around them which made me feel really good about mosquitos during the night. They weren't a big problem for me, but the peace of mind was nice.

Very tranquil guesthouse in the center of Chiang Mai, hosted by a lovely family. Beds are nice (with mosquito net), but packed in the room so don't expect much privacy. Small garden in the back. Very advisable if you just want to rest and not be surrounded but many people.
Great value. Rooms are traditional and wooden. Stayed twice.
Can't ask for a cheaper and better alternative! Perfect location, inside old city and just stone throw away from Loi Kroh Street. Room and other area are clean, but need slight improvement in the bathroom. Staff is polite and always there to help. Has everything you need, but charged quite high on laundry although already mentioned. Still would recommend this hostel to everyone!
The host and hostess are super friendly and will help you enjoy Chiangmai properly. The place is nice and the location is also perfect for tourists
It was a good and quiet place in a centre old town of Chiang Mai, a owner was nice. It could often clean baskets and replenish toilet paper.
Room and price is reasonable. Very nice owner. Near Tapae Gate just walk in few minutes.
Good service and really friendly staff. Room too hot tho.
