After having some difficulty with a competitor I went to DOHOME. Not only do they have a better selection to purchase from but the staff member that I worked with was willing to help me resolve all my purchasing. Instead of waiting weeks they were even able to install my A/C the next day as well as deliver my purchases. Definitely going to be doing my shopping there instead of their competitor.

Well Laid out store, yes I am sure the staff know very little about their products and most hang around and chat all day, but price point is lower than the HomePro with the staff who are overly pushy suppose HomePro has a more incentive pay policy. Quality of good for Thailand are middle not very cheap products but not the best although their tools section is very impressive.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Bunch of low class, and uneducated people working there. They don't know the first thing about the customer service. We asked to speak to the store manager, he refuses to see us because he said he had an important meeting. What can be more important than an unhappy customer you idiots!
