Healthy and good place for lunch, they open 9am until 7pm. We tried the vegan cheese wrap and poke bowl, which is an awesome! Very tasty and we can feel clean and healthy. Also we had the pressed juice, carrot ginger and apple, that also yummy! Must try! It’s too bad they close so early.

Great smoothie bowls!!! ️️️ I’ve tried almost all of their smoothie bowls and they’re really good but my favorite is The Grinch smoothie bowl! They also have poke bowls, acai bowls, smoothie drinks, some vegan dishes, and healthy snacks. The vibe is cool and the shop is cute. There are both indoor and outdoor tables.

RECOMMENDED I finally decided to give it a try at this restaurant after knowing it for a year. The result is surprisingly beyond my expectation. The food is excellent, price is fair, and atmosphere is perfect. Definitly come back for the next dish.

Dim Sum

Decent poke bowl place, small but done up nicely. Good variety of bowls plus you can build your own (see my photos for menu). It is a bit expensive so i go as a treat, but portions are generous and always enjoyed the food. I like the tuna Ahi bowl, they also have a plant based menu and homemade peanut butter among other bits. I would personally go more if it was a bit more reasonable.

Normally, I make smoothie bowls and detoxified juice at home. I'm happy that the Bowl Phuket uses fresh fruits and veggies. One thing they have to improve asap is the smell of toilet in the air-con room. Very unpleasing and unhygienic. Staff is friendly.

Hmmm. We had lovely Poke bowls at The Bowl but the Acai bowl was a major disappointment. At 270baht I did not expect a gritty, icy mixture, hard as rock mango, and unripe strawberries. Nothing like the picture!. Won't be back. You can't charge those kind of prices and fail to deliver quality and expect repeat customers. You will probably still get the one off tourists because the ambience and pictures tell a story unmatched by the reality.
